以下為本平台近期之重要規劃及發展，提供給各位作為參考：
1. 安全交易廳界面及功能之優化：依照廳主及會員們之建議，對於安全交易廳之界面及系統功能進行優化，其更為容易使用。
2. 會員後台新增「股東事務相關選項」：為進一步讓VIP會員參與共同營運的規劃，本平台將於八月份起開放具有季分紅資格的VIP會員(即「股東代表」)得享有往後營運相關議題的提案權及附議權；而共同創辦人則可以享有表決權(詳情見公告說明)。
3. 將提供營運計畫給予具有季分紅資格的VIP會員(股東代表)，不過由於營運計畫包含諸多營業秘密，股東代表須先於線上簽署同意書。
4. 股權分配方式及說明預計在9月份以前公告，也再次提醒會員貢獻值一旦兌換成M幣後，將無法再轉回貢獻值，敬請謹慎進行M幣及貢獻值之兌換。
5. 加強M幣轉讓功能安全機制：針對會員私底下互轉M幣，將會進行安全機制之檢討與改進，以避免不肖會員利用程式漏洞造成本平台及所有會員的損失。
6. 加強網路曝光及廣告試刊登，以進一步提升本平台的知名度。
7. 持續增加創投網站數量：在創投網站數量達到120個之後，再由全體共同創辦人以投票表決方式進行第一階段優質網站之篩選。
8. 籌備成立新公司的共同基金提撥事宜：本提案將交由第一階段共同創辦人共同決定之。

The platform's recent development and progression are as follows for your reference:

1. Fine-tuning of the interface and functions of the transaction hall: In accordance with the suggestions made by masters of such halls and members, the interface has been fine-tuned to provide a more user-friendly interface.
2. Addition of functions related to "shareholders matters": To provide more opportunities for members to join in our operation, since August VIP members who enjoy the rights of quarterly dividends will enjoy the rights of making proposal and votes, while co-founders will enjoy voting rights. (Details may refer to announcements)
3. Operation plan will be provided for VIP members enjoying rights of dividends (Representatives of Shareholders), however as it involves a lot of trade secrets, representatives need to sign an agreement online first.
4. Methods of division of shares and details will be announced by September, we have to reiterate that once contribution value is converted to M-coins, reverse conversion will not be possible and please kindly handle this carefully.
5. Enhanced M-coin conversion: Noting some members will do such conversion privately, to avoid members making use of loopholes of this platform causing lost to members, the safety mechanism will be revised accordingly.
6. More adverts will be made to enhance popularity of this platform.
7. Increasing number of start-up sites: Once the number of start-up sites reach 120, co-founders will choose the best ones by voting.
8. Establishment of the fund for setting up new company: This proposal will be decided by co-founders of our company of stage 1.
